This Privacy Policy explains how Pro Lighting Sales, Inc. ("ProSportsLink," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the ProSportsLink mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.

        Our core commitment: We do not sell your personal
        information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own
        purposes. ProSportsLink contains no advertising, no third-party analytics,
        and no tracking technologies of any kind.
    

1. Who the Service is for

ProSportsLink is a professional tool for controlling and managing connected relay devices. Accounts are provisioned by an organization administrator. The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the Service:

Account information. Your email address, which serves as your login identifier, and your password.
Authentication and security information. Two-factor authentication (2FA) codes, authenticator-app setup details, recovery codes, and session tokens used to keep you securely signed in.
Mobile phone number. If you enable SMS-based two-factor authentication or opt in to SMS device run-time reminders, we collect and use your mobile phone number to deliver those text messages.
Operational data. The relays and devices assigned to your account, the control actions you perform (such as turning devices on or off and creating schedules), and the resulting activity history.
Administrative data. If you are an administrator, the user accounts you create and manage, including their email addresses, assigned permissions, relay assignments, and any temporary-access expiration dates.

3. Information we do not collect

Biometric data. If you enable Face ID or Touch ID, your biometric data is stored and verified entirely on your device by iOS and is never transmitted to or accessible by ProSportsLink.
Location. We do not collect your device location.
Tracking and advertising data. We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-app tracking, and we do not build advertising profiles.

4. How we use your information

To authenticate you and keep you securely signed in.
To provide the core functionality of the Service, including device control, scheduling, and history.
To administer accounts, permissions, and temporary access.
To protect the Service through security features such as 2FA and password reset.

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing.

5. How we store and protect your information

Information transmitted between the app and our servers is protected in transit using encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.
Passwords are stored on our servers in hashed form; we do not store your password in plain text.
On your device, session tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain, and biometric-protected credentials require Face ID or Touch ID to access.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We do not disclose your information to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners.

Service providers. We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the Service. These providers process information only as needed to perform services on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

Microsoft (hosted Exchange) — to deliver email communications, such as password-reset and account security messages.
Twilio — to deliver SMS text messages, such as two-factor authentication codes and device run-time reminders.

Legal compliance and safety. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request (such as a subpoena, court order, or lawful request from law enforcement), to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or ProSportsLink.

7. Data retention and deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below or, if you are an administrator, through the account-management features of the Service. We will delete or anonymize your information upon a valid request, unless we are required to retain it to comply with a legal obligation.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in the "Contact us" section.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
